About Me

My photo
Elaine Housby
I grew up in Alnwick, Northumberland. I lived in Berwick-upon-Tweed from 2010 to 2015. Then I sold up and went travelling for a while. After that I lived in Blackpool, where I also have some family history that I hope to write about eventually, for two years. I'm now back in Northumberland, in Morpeth. I buy and read a lot of second-hand books and sometimes even new ones. I have written two books on ethical finance (please, stifle your yawns). I work as a proofreader and language editor of academic papers. You can also find me on Instagram.
